Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza
While we were sad to learn that Cahoot’s Catering has decommissioned their pizza oven and they’re no longer able to hold our date for catering due to another event, we are excited to have met Kym Lamison, owner of Pulcinella Wood-Fire Pizza! Kym was especially intrigued by our group and we look forward to enjoying a special dinner from her team. Their pizzas are prepared in an authentic Neapolitan style with Caputo 00 flour imported from Italy and we are sure to enjoy mouthwatering pizza right out of their wood-fire pizza oven. Kym began her career as a chef in Sonoma, CA and in 1982 opted to relocate to the Central Coast area. She later trained in the authentic Neapolitan preparation under the original owner before buying the business in 2016 and it has continued to flourish with her guidance.
There will also be some salads and desserts. Bring your own wine and beer to the picnic area of the Adelaide Inn. This will be another fun evening with the Paso crew!
