
Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza
Kym Lamison, owner of Pulcinella Wood-Fire Pizza, has been bringing her fantastic wood-fire pizza oven to the Adelaide Inn the last several years for what has become a new favorite group dinner and we are thrilled she is coming back again this year! She and her team have enjoyed serving our dinners and we love them!
Their pizzas are prepared in an authentic Neapolitan style with Caputo 00 flour imported from Italy and we are sure to enjoy mouthwatering pizza right out of their wood-fire pizza oven. Kym began her career as a chef in Sonoma, CA and in 1982 opted to relocate to the Central Coast area. She later trained in the authentic Neapolitan preparation under the original owner before buying the business in 2016 and it has continued to flourish with her guidance. There will also be some salads and dessert. Bring your own wine, beer or drink to the picnic area of the Adelaide Inn. This will be another fun evening with the Paso crew!
