Registration

Registration is now CLOSED for Paso Gran Fundo 2025!

Please use the secure form below to register online.  Registration will need to close at midnight Feb 28th.  If you would like to sign-up multiple people with one payment, you will need to register multiple people separately and you can send just one Zelle payment.   We’re very eager to spend time cycling and hanging out with everyone in Paso this year.  Sign up early and reserve your spot!

Camp Fees:  We do not intend to make money organizing the camp, but simply to make sure we cover our collective camp expenses.  The camp expenses go towards paying for our very own Bike Mechanic and SAG Guru, Shawn Johnson, the SAG Vehicle, SAG supplies, table/chair rentals, etc.  We think the camp is still a bargain and hope you do, too.

Release and Waiver:  Please read the Release and Waiver and check the box provided that you have read and agree to it. (A new tab will open on your browser; After reading the Waiver, close the tab to return to partially filled out Registration form)

Additional Invitees:  We are continuing to keep the total number of participants for the camp at a manageable level. The last few years, we’ve had what was considered to be the ideal number of participants, and so we are again offering all of last year’s participants the first opportunity to sign up.   With on-line registration, we should be able to determine within the next few weeks how many of you will be coming this year and whether we might have additional openings for the camp.  In the meantime, please refrain from asking friends and cycling buddies to come with you this year until we know that we are not over-populating the camp.  If you do wish to invite others, please email us to see if there are openings.  And if any of the recipients of this invitation know now that they are unable to attend this year, kindly email us and let us know.

Dinners: The registration site will also enable you to sign up for any or all of the optional group dinners.  Be sure that you select those options now, because the numbers we will give to the caterers will be based solely on the number of sign-ups. It becomes very difficult to add numbers later. You will see that prices have gone up since the pandemic, but our prices reflect the new cost of catering dinners at the Adelaide lawn. We are now planning just 2 catered dinners on the lawn, and we are adding a “Bring Your Own Dinner” on the lawn for Friday, April 19th where everyone who is interested can get their own take-out, UberEats, or bring their own dinner for an informal farewell dinner.

Wine Tastings: We have just one formal wine tasting this year on Monday at 4:00 with our friends at J Dusi . There is a nominal $10 charge for this exceptional wine tasting, and we’d appreciate knowing how many people to expect.  The winery is always quite generous in accommodating our cycling group, so we would like to have a good turn-out for this special event and be able to let them know with confidence about how many people will show up. If you like the wine, purchasing a few bottles or joining the wine club is a great way to thank them for graciously hosting our group.

We will also have an informal BYOB brown bag drink sharing on Sunday, April 14th.  The idea is to bring samples of your favorite wine/beer/cocktail/mocktail to share a small taste with everyone.  We will figure out more as we get closer to the date, but we think this will be a fun way to be together and taste some wines while staying relaxed at the Adelaide.

Payments:   We are no longer set up to accept Credit and Debit Cards.  Once you’ve completed the registration, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation, and then you can Zelle your payment to pasogranfundo@gmail.com.  If you’re Zelle challenged, please send an email to pasogranfundo@gmail.com and we can discuss.
